& pool deck of total 200sqm. Holiday home for 1 family, potentially rental home. Flat roof (*with

roof terraceTBC), gable roof is a second option. The house to be located at the rear part of the plot (highest part of the terrain).

- Family composition
& rooms + facilities required:
1. Family of 4 (with two kids). 3 bedrooms. 2,5 bathrooms (master bathroom, shared bathroom for kids, toilet) + 1 guest bedroom studio (second phase)

2. Master bedroom (~16sqm) + master bathroom with a working place with built-in wardrobe or walk-in closet. Master bathroom with large showers only (no bathtubs)

3. 2 separate bedrooms for kids (~12 sqm) with a possibility to convert into guest bedrooms
4. Pool 4m x 8m (or 5mx10m) large and deep with a spring board (1m->2m depth for diving) if possible / overflow. ‘infinit’ type is the preffered (to be checked vs budget)
5. Small size living room (not frequently used)
6. Spacious kitchen connected with an outdoor dining (indoor dinning area is not required). Outdoor deck
to be partially protected from sun / rain
7. Laundry room with storage accessible for renters
8. Separate spacious storage not accessible
for renters (can be placed under the terrace next to pool pump room)
9. Additional outdoor facilities: palapa with a yoga deck w/ hammock (seccond phase); parking for 2 cars. garage is not required; water point to wash watersports gears + dedicated storage
