• 2 separate bedrooms for kids + 1 shared bathroom 4. Outdoor shower at poolside

• Designated area for office + archive (small)

• Guest WC

• Preferred U - shape (aligned with wind direction) - options are possible

• 60sqm shed - potential guest house & 2 cars parking

• Outdoor: BBQ, shower, palapa

• Ocean & Pool view -> (living - dining - kitchen). kitchen with an island & bar. Kitchen with an island with bar. And a kitchen bar on inside/outside so by opening windows accessible

• Pantry / laundry / storage

• Big pool 9m x 4m 13. Beach tennis court is not a main requirement so can be eliminated

• Height = 4.5m max (by law)

• One level (but steps can be an option in interior - the back side of the house the same or maybe bit higher than our garden)
